Common questions

How do I upload my first ERA file?

Log into your dashboard, click "Upload ERA" in the top right, and select your 835 file. We'll analyze it in about 30 seconds and show you every denied claim with a recommended action.

What if an appeal is denied?

You can re-appeal up to 3 levels. Each re-appeal uses AI to generate a stronger letter that directly counters the payer's stated reasons for denial, with escalating clinical justification.

How does billing work?

We charge 15% of successfully recovered revenue — no upfront fees, no monthly subscription. If we don't recover anything, you don't pay anything. Refer other practices to drop your rate to as low as 10%. Invoices are sent monthly.

Is my data HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a BAA with every practice, encrypt all data with AES-256, use HIPAA-eligible AWS infrastructure, and maintain full audit logs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
